About George George began his real estate career back in 1988, as a broker with William A. Bain & Associates Capitol Hill office in Seattle. Soon after, William A. Bain Associates bought the local Coldwell Banker franchise and it became Coldwell Banker Bain. George has been there every step of the way and has now been there over 22 years. With over 400 transactions experience, he is the Principal Managing Broker of the Anacortes office. George helps folks in Mount Vernon, La Conner and the Skagit Valley with their real estate needs. But with a large base of past clients and friends dating back to 1988, he is also still active in the Seattle area helping with clients' real estate needs.
The touring brings visibility to homes for sale, and with the social media avenues like Facebook and Twitter, HomeTourClub is generating buzz around the valley. While HomeTourClub tours regularly in Mount Vernon, La Conner and surrounding areas, word soon traveled back to Seattle area, so the HomeTourClub also began regular tours weekly in Seattle. |

The "HomeTourClub" began with
the transition to Skagit County three years ago. Interest in local
real estate from friends in Skagit County came quickly, and in order to
provide knowledgeable service, George started touring everything available.
In no time, several people began joining the tours, from interested home
buyers and friends, to business advocates and local experts such as
designers and contractors. The HomeTourClub was born!
